Shopping for Supplies & Crafting #1

So I went Shopping at Joann's they are having a Massive memorial day Sale!! How Amazing right!!! So I picked up Tons of scrap book paper, some fabric, a pop up cupcake tower. I also went to the Dollar Store for Tissue Paper, Poster Board, Markers, and Other additional Items I may NEED!!! you NEVER KNOW!!  I also Picked up a 10 drawer organizer for my coupon Habit ...Which I ended up Using the box in my Very First Project ...

I took the box and Butchered it too Make a giant 1 that I will be using as a Photo PROP , Decoration, and Maybe a Pinata I'm undecided ? I mean no point in holding on too it but that would mean my very first BIG decoration for the Party FREE!!! Think about it . http://www.simplyrealmoms.com/posts/jungle-themed-party-diy-number-pinata/. I followed her BLOG HOWEVER....I"m not a great person at Cutting, However I Think I Did OKAY... But to make up for Gaps... I paper mach'e I think that will add a certain element of it not falling apart on me After I add some dollar store Tissue paper I bet this doesn't even run me 50 cents ...

I guess I could include the cost of about 2 cups of flour, as paste...but meh still not alot all in all considering.

Either way this is going to be a CUTE photo prop and should definitely look cute in pictures

Happy 10 month Birthday to my baby girl!!! I'm just in love with her soo much. For her Very First Birthday we are doing a Ice cream theme. I had decided on her Birthday Theme on when she was born... Crazy !!! I haven't had a party in months and while I know I don't need to go all out for a 1 year old. I can't help but go all out. I think its like my hobby some people like Golf , I just happen to love party planning if it didn't show with my Last party I really planned which was my Gender reveal as my friends handled my Lovely Baby Shower.

So what do we have in store for this party

#1 Post card Birthday Announcements - I never sent birth announcements, I feel legit awful about it. HOWEVER I have no idea how people can somehow manage to have a newborn and still send postage REally !! when do these women sleep. especially with your first I feel like I will be more prepared with my second but having a first baby who just so happened to have Colic... I'm not going to beat my self up. anymore about it and I will send adorable birthday announcements.

#2 Fabric pennant- OK I'm curious if I can get this done its on my wish list but I won't beat myself up if it doesn't happen. HOWEVER I love the idea of a Fabric pennant because if I keep it cute fun and girly I can use that for the 2nd 3rd 4rth 5th birthday... I mean sure its a bigger initial investment then some paper ones but even if its double the price to make them I could use them for like 5 years + however long I  could get away with PINK!! and not to mention if we ever have a little sister, borrow it for a baby shower, its just a good investment... Are you buying this sales pitch I'm going to have to pitch this to my husband later .... LOL

#3 Water bottle Labels - That has been my Most Popular BLOG ...However with age and time I feel I could do that blog a lot more justice and give way better instructions. PLus I still loved the way they looked they were a cheap investment for a adorable area cover... I mean a back of water bottle 3-4 dollars you already have a printer and paper lying around it only makes since if your going to have a theme party to make theme water bottles.

#4 Polka-dot garland - have any of you seen this you take scrap book paper punch out circles and run that through your sewing machine... WOW I'm confident that even my husband could do that. I mean just cute cute cute

#5 Cherry on top - This would basically be a very simple pin the tail on the Donkey es Game However instead of a Tail its a Cherry and its going on top of the Ice cream :) How CUTE!!!

#6 High Chair decorations - I'm not entirely Positive What I want exactly in this category but it will be cute

# 7 Smash Cake pictures - because smashing cake is just awesome and having pictures to document amazing

# 8 Video montage - Now this I have already gotten started on we are also Planning on making a Video of me and my daughter making Cupcakes.

now I have to get all this done in basically 8 weeks. I will keep you all up to date on the planning This should be Pretty stinking Adorable
